- 8 ounces of pasta (your choice)
- 1 cup of fresh basil pesto
- 2 cups of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place halved cherry tomatoes on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Roast for 15-20 minutes.
- In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- Drain the pasta, return it to the pot, and mix in the basil pesto and roasted tomatoes.
- Serve the pasta topped with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh basil leaves.

- Feel free to use any type of pasta you prefer.
