Ingredients

  • 8 ounces of pasta (your choice)
  • 1 cup of fresh basil pesto
  • 2 cups of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place halved cherry tomatoes on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Roast for 15-20 minutes.
  3. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
