Delicious Pesto Chicken Wraps with Bacon, perfect for a quick meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup basil pesto
  • 6 slices of crispy bacon, chopped
  • 4 large tortillas (whole wheat or spinach)
  • 1 cup fresh spinach or mixed greens
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook and shred the chicken, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  2. Mix the shredded chicken with basil pesto and chopped bacon in a bowl.
  3. Warm the tortillas for easier rolling.
  4. Assemble the wraps by adding the chicken mixture, spinach, tomatoes, and Parmesan to each tortilla.
  5. Roll the tortillas tightly from the bottom up, folding in the sides.
  6. Slice the wraps in half and serve with a dipping sauce or side salad.
