- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup basil pesto
- 6 slices of crispy bacon, chopped
- 4 large tortillas (whole wheat or spinach)
- 1 cup fresh spinach or mixed greens
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook and shred the chicken, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Mix the shredded chicken with basil pesto and chopped bacon in a bowl.
- Warm the tortillas for easier rolling.
- Assemble the wraps by adding the chicken mixture, spinach, tomatoes, and Parmesan to each tortilla.
- Roll the tortillas tightly from the bottom up, folding in the sides.
- Slice the wraps in half and serve with a dipping sauce or side salad.
