  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and melt butter in a saucepan. Stir in brown sugar and pecans, then pour into a greased 9-inch cake pan.
  2. In a bowl, cream granulated sugar and remaining butter, then add eggs one at a time and vanilla extract.
  3. Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl, then combine with the wet mixture alternately with milk.
