Instructions
- Crush pretzel sticks and measure 2 cups of pieces in a bowl.
- Mix peanut butter, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and honey in a separate bowl until smooth.
- Combine the peanut butter mixture with the crushed pretzels until coated.
- Press the mixture into a lined 9×9-inch baking dish.
- Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave, stirring until smooth.
- Drizzle or spread melted chocolate over the pressed mixture.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour until set.
- Cut into squares or rectangles and serve.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
