Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix peanut butter, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add baking soda and salt; mix until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips and caramel bits.
- Scoop dough onto a lined baking sheet, spacing them out.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
- Cool on the sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
