Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy.
- Add eggs one at a time and mix in vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt; then combine with wet ingredients.
- Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until edges are set.
- Press a chocolate kiss into each cookie immediately after baking.
- Cool on a wire rack and enjoy!
