  • 1 pre-made pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the peaches, then toss them with sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla. Let sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Prepare the pie crust by pre-baking if store-bought, or roll out and fit into a pie dish if homemade.
  3. Pour the peach mixture into the prepared pie crust and spread evenly.
  4. Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form, adding almond extract if desired, then spread over the peaches.
  5. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 25-30 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes before refrigerating for at least 2 hours.
