- 2 cups of fresh peaches, peeled and diced
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix peaches, sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla; let sit for 10 minutes.
- In another bowl, combine flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt; add melted butter and mix until crumbly.
- Press half the crumble mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, add peach mixture, and top with remaining crumble.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Cool completely, then cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- For best flavor, use ripe peaches.
- Serve with ice cream for a delicious dessert.
