  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup fresh peaches, diced
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • 2 tablespoons milk (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl; mix in butter and milk to form a dough.
  2. Roll out the dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
  3. Spread diced peaches on the dough, sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar, then drizzle with vanilla.
  4. Roll the dough tightly from the long edge and pinch the edges to seal.
  5. Cut into 12 pieces and place in a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Mix powdered sugar and milk for glaze, then drizzle over warm rolls.
