- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup fresh peaches, diced
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
- 2 tablespoons milk (for glaze)
Instructions
- Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl; mix in butter and milk to form a dough.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
- Spread diced peaches on the dough, sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar, then drizzle with vanilla.
- Roll the dough tightly from the long edge and pinch the edges to seal.
- Cut into 12 pieces and place in a greased baking dish.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix powdered sugar and milk for glaze, then drizzle over warm rolls.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by varying the amount of sugar used.
- These rolls are best enjoyed fresh out of the oven.
