Instructions
- Combine warm milk and yeast, let sit until frothy.
- Add melted butter, sugar, vanilla, and salt, then mix in flour to form soft dough. Knead for 5 minutes.
- Let the dough rise in a greased bowl covered with a towel for 1 hour.
- Prepare peach filling by mixing sliced peaches with brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Punch down the risen dough and roll it out into a rectangle.
- Spread the peach mixture over the dough.
- Roll the dough tightly and slice into 12 pieces, placing them in a greased baking dish.
- Let the rolls rise covered for another 30 minutes.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes.
- Mix powdered sugar with milk to create frosting.
- Drizzle frosting over warm rolls before serving.
Notes
- Make sure the milk is warm, not hot, to activate the yeast.
- Feel free to adjust the sweetness of the frosting to your liking.
