Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
- Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth.
- Combine wet and dry mixtures, then fold in diced peaches.
- Fill the donut pan halfway with batter and bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Prepare the cheesecake filling by mixing cream cheese, powdered sugar, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Cool the baked donuts for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
- Fill donuts with cheesecake mixture using a piping bag.
- Warm peach preserves and drizzle over filled donuts.
- Serve warm or at room temperature, optionally dusted with powdered sugar.
