- 12 lasagna noodles
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup bacon, chopped
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy, then remove and drain on paper towels.
- Brown the ground beef in the same skillet, adding garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning until no longer pink.
- Mix cream cheese, half of the mozzarella, and half of the Parmesan in a bowl until smooth.
- Layer in a baking dish: start with marinara, then noodles, beef, bacon, cheese mixture, and repeat. Finish with noodles, marinara, and remaining cheeses.
- Cover with foil and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes, then remove foil and bake for another 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Notes
- Let the lasagna sit for a few minutes before serving for easier slicing.
