A deliciously crispy Parmesan crusted halibut baked to perfection.

Ingredients

  • 2 halibut fillets (about 6 ounces each)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (preferably whole wheat)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish with cooking spray or melted butter.
  3. Mix Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, melted butter, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Coat halibut fillets with the topping in the prepared baking dish.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the fish is opaque and flakes easily.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
