- 4 salmon fillets (skin-on, about 6 ounces each)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Mix honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and garlic in a bowl to create the marinade.
- Marinate the salmon fillets for 15-20 minutes in the marinade.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add salmon skin-side down and sear for 4-5 minutes. Flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- Pour remaining marinade over salmon in the last minute to glaze.
- Transfer to a plate, garnish with parsley, and serve.
Notes
- Ensure the oil is hot enough for a good sear but not smoking.
- Adjust the marinade ingredients to taste if desired.
