Instructions

  1. Mix honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and garlic in a bowl to create the marinade.

  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add salmon skin-side down and sear for 4-5 minutes. Flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes.

  6. Transfer to a plate, garnish with parsley, and serve.
