Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and peel the potatoes, then slice them into thin rounds. Peel and slice the onions into rings.
- In a bowl, combine the potatoes and onions with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper; toss to coat.
- Spread the seasoned vegetables in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes, then serve and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
