- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- ½ cup ricotta cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 package of spring roll wrappers (about 10–12 wrappers)
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko preferred for extra crunch)
- ½ cup chili honey (store-bought or homemade)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Cooking spray or olive oil for frying
Instructions
- Combine feta and ricotta in a bowl, add parsley, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to make the filling.
- Assemble rolls by placing filling in the center of a wrapper, folding, and sealing with water or egg.
- Set up a breading station with flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs.
- Coat each roll in flour, egg, and breadcrumbs.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place rolls on a baking sheet, spray with cooking spray, and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Prepare chili honey drizzle by heating honey with chili flakes.
- Cool rolls slightly, drizzle with chili honey, and serve.
Notes
- Store any leftover rolls in an airtight container in the fridge.
- For a gluten-free option, use gluten-free wrappers and breadcrumbs.
