Instructions
- Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and dredge in seasoned flour.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and fry chicken until golden brown and cooked through.
- In a saucepan, combine orange juice, sugar, soy sauce, and rice vinegar; simmer and thicken with cornstarch if desired.
- Drain fried chicken on paper towels, then toss in the orange sauce.
- Serve garnished with green onions and sesame seeds over rice or noodles.
