- 1 pound of fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1 pound of baby potatoes, halved
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 teaspoons of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the sausage into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine sausage, green beans, and potatoes. Drizzle with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper, and toss until well coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a large baking sheet and spread it out evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until potatoes are tender and sausage is browned.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot.
