Instructions
- Boil salted water and cook the fettuccine pasta until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet, season chicken with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet, sauté for a minute, then stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Gradually add Parmesan cheese, whisking until smooth.
- Slice cooked chicken, drain pasta, and toss with the sauce. Serve with chicken on top and garnish with parsley.
