  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup Nutella

Instructions

  1. Cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
  2. Add eggs one at a time and mix in vanilla extract.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to wet ingredients and mix just until combined.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  7. Scoop out dough, flatten, add Nutella in the center, and roll into a ball.
  8. Place on baking sheets and bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
  9. Cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks.
