- 2 cups uncooked pasta (your choice)
- 2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
- 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large baking dish, combine uncooked pasta and broccoli.
- Pour marinara sauce over the mixture, stir, and add ricotta cheese and half of the mozzarella.
- Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, mixing well.
- Top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables or proteins as desired.
- This dish can be made ahead and stored in the fridge before baking.
