Ingredients

  • 2 cups uncooked pasta (your choice)
  • 2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large baking dish, combine uncooked pasta and broccoli.
  3. Pour marinara sauce over the mixture, stir, and add ricotta cheese and half of the mozzarella.
  4. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, mixing well.
  5. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
