Delicious no-bake peanut butter oat cups that are easy to make and perfect for a snack or dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients.
  2. In a bowl, mix the rolled oats and salt.
  3. Add peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla; mix until combined.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
  5. Scoop and press the mixture into a muffin tin or molds.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  7. Remove from molds and enjoy your treats.
