Instructions
- Mix rolled oats, chopped pecans, dried cranberries, and salt in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, blend almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Combine the wet and dry mixtures until fully mixed and sticky.
- Shape the mixture into small balls or flat discs and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes to firm up.
