Instructions
- Crush Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor or sealed bag and rolling pin.
- Combine crumbs with softened cream cheese and vanilla until smooth and well mixed.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined sheet; freeze 10 minutes.
- Melt chocolate in short microwave bursts, stirring between each until smooth and glossy.
- Dip chilled truffle balls into melted chocolate, tap off excess, then chill 15 minutes to set.
