- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup crushed potato chips
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the chicken, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Fold in half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle crushed potato chips on top.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let cool, garnish with parsley, and serve.
