- 1 package of mozzarella sticks (about 12 sticks)
- 12 slices of bacon
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon of cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wrap each mozzarella stick with a slice of bacon.
- Dredge the sticks in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs mixed with cayenne, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place on a baking sheet, spray lightly with cooking spray, and bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly, then serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

- Adjust the level of cayenne pepper for desired spice.
- Can be served with ranch or marinara sauce for dipping.
