- 1 package of refrigerated croissant dough
- 8 ounces of mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 1 cup of pepperoni slices
- 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning (optional)
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Cooking spray or parchment paper for baking
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or cooking spray.
- Unroll the croissant dough and lay the triangles flat.
- Add mozzarella cheese and pepperoni to the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll each triangle from the wide end to the point, sealing the edges.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
