- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar

- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Gradually combine the dry mixture with the wet mixture, stirring gently. Fold in chocolate chips if desired.
- Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake for about 60 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
