Instructions
- Boil the eggs in a pot of water, then let sit covered for 10-12 minutes.
- Transfer eggs to ice water for 5-10 minutes to cool.
- Peel the eggs and rinse under cold water.
- Cut eggs in half, scoop out yolks, and mash with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Mix in bacon and chives.
- Fill egg whites with yolk mixture and sprinkle with paprika.
