Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish, pressing against the edges.
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk together sugar, eggs, heavy cream, vanilla, cinnamon, cayenne, and salt, then mix in the melted chocolate.
- Pour the filling into the pie crust and bake for 30 minutes until set but slightly jiggly.
- Allow the pie to cool for at least two hours before serving.
