Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the cauliflower into uniform bite-sized florets and place in a mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together maple syrup, sriracha, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the sauce over the cauliflower and toss until evenly coated.
- Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on the baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Let cool slightly, garnish with green onions, and serve warm.
