- 1 cup ripe mango, diced (fresh or frozen)

Instructions
- Gather and prepare all ingredients.
- In a bowl, mix mango, honey, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic powder, and ginger to create the glaze.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat oil in a skillet and sear the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Add the mango glaze to the skillet and cook for an additional 5-10 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Let the chicken rest, then slice and garnish with cilantro before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh mango for the best flavor, but frozen can also work.
- Make sure the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F for safety.
