Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients by washing and dicing the mangoes and cucumber.
- Chop the red onion and cilantro finely.
- Combine the mango, cucumber, onion, and cilantro in a mixing bowl, tossing gently.
- Season with lime juice, salt, pepper, and jalapeño, then mix well.
- Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes.
- Serve chilled and enjoy, garnished with cilantro or lime if desired.
