Gather these simple ingredients to create your own Mac ‘n’ Cheese Stuffed Meatball Bombs:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup cooked macaroni
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Your favorite marinara sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- Cook macaroni and mix with melted cheddar cheese. Let cool.
- Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Flatten a portion of meat mixture, add mac and cheese, and form into meatballs.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake meatballs for 25 minutes.
