Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 6 slices of bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced tomato
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the chopped bacon in a skillet until crispy, then drain.
  2. In the same skillet, brown the ground beef with diced onion.
  3. Mix the beef, bacon, diced tomato, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Whisk together the eggs and heavy cream in another bowl.
  5. Layer the beef mixture in a greased baking dish, pour the egg mixture on top, and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
