- 1 pound ground beef
- 6 slices of bacon, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced tomato
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the chopped bacon in a skillet until crispy, then drain.
- In the same skillet, brown the ground beef with diced onion.
- Mix the beef, bacon, diced tomato, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Whisk together the eggs and heavy cream in another bowl.
- Layer the beef mixture in a greased baking dish, pour the egg mixture on top, and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
