Instructions
- Wash, peel, and cut the potatoes into thin strips.
- Toss the potato strips with olive oil, paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and bake the fries on a baking sheet for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Add shredded cheddar cheese on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes until melted.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and sour cream before serving.
