  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Wash, peel, and cut the potatoes into thin strips.
  2. Toss the potato strips with olive oil, paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and bake the fries on a baking sheet for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. Add shredded cheddar cheese on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes until melted.
  5. Garnish with sliced green onions and sour cream before serving.
