- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste

- 1 cup marinara sauce
- Fresh basil for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
- In a large bowl, mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Dip chicken in olive oil, then dredge in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Add marinara sauce on top in the last 5 minutes of baking.
- Garnish with fresh basil and serve hot.

- For extra flavor, let the chicken marinate in olive oil and spices for 30 minutes before coating.
