Instructions
- Thaw lobster tails, cut through the top shell, and preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Make lemon garlic butter by melting butter with garlic, lemon juice, and zest.
- Brush the butter mixture over lobster meat and season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until opaque.
- Broil for 2-3 minutes for a golden finish.
- Drizzle remaining butter over cooked lobster and let it rest.
- Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
