- 2 lobster tails (about 6–8 ounces each)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lemon, sliced (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Cut the top shell of each lobster tail and gently pull it apart to expose the meat.
- Melt butter in a saucepan, add garlic, and sauté. Stir in parsley, chives, and lemon juice.
- Season lobster tails with salt and pepper, then coat with half of the herb butter.
- Place tails on a baking sheet, pour remaining butter over, and bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Broil for 2-3 minutes for a golden finish, then let rest.
- Serve with remaining herb butter and lemon slices.
Notes
- Ensure not to burn the garlic while sautéing.
- Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature of 140°F (60°C).
