- 1 loaf of French bread or Italian bread
- 1 pound of cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup of fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and cut the bread loaf in half lengthwise, scooping out some inside.
- Mix softened butter, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to create garlic butter.
- Combine the lobster meat, garlic butter, parsley, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
- Stuff the lobster mixture into the bread halves and top with mozzarella cheese.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve with extra parsley on top.
