Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of French bread or Italian bread
  • 1 pound of cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup of fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and cut the bread loaf in half lengthwise, scooping out some inside.
  2. Mix softened butter, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to create garlic butter.
  3. Combine the lobster meat, garlic butter, parsley, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
  4. Stuff the lobster mixture into the bread halves and top with mozzarella cheese.
  5. Place on a baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  6. Cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve with extra parsley on top.
