- 2 cups cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise

- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 8 slider buns
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped (for garnish)
- 1 tablespoon butter (for toasting buns)
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients by chopping lobster and mincing garlic.
- Make the garlic aioli by whisking together mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and garlic, then season with salt and pepper.
- Fold the lobster meat into the garlic aioli until well coated.
- Melt butter in a skillet and toast the slider buns cut-side down until golden brown.
- Assemble the sliders by placing the lobster mixture on the toasted buns.
- Garnish with chopped chives and serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
- Best enjoyed fresh, but can be made slightly in advance.
