Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients by chopping lobster and shredding crab meat.
- Cream together butter and cream cheese until smooth.
- Fold in lobster and crab meat gently.
- Add garlic, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper, mixing well.
- Form mixture into 12-15 balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Roll each ball in breadcrumbs to coat.
- Chill the bombs in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
- Serve warm with lemon juice or dipping sauce.
