Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix lobster, brie, chives, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Unroll crescent dough and keep triangles intact.
- Place filling at the wide end of each triangle and roll up.
- Arrange on a lined baking sheet, brush with egg wash or melted butter.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool for a few minutes, then serve warm.
