Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a 9×5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then add eggs one at a time.
- Mix in heavy cream and vanilla, then sift in flour and salt, mixing until smooth.
- Pour batter into the loaf pan and bake for about 45 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool in the pan for 2 hours, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
