Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a 9×5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then add eggs one at a time.
  4. Mix in heavy cream and vanilla, then sift in flour and salt, mixing until smooth.
  5. Pour batter into the loaf pan and bake for about 45 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Cool in the pan for 2 hours, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
