  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 jalapeños, diced (optional for heat)
  • Chopped green onions for garnish
  • Tortilla chips for serving

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat and drain excess grease.
  2. Mix in the taco seasoning with the cooked meat.
  3. Layer the beef mixture, black beans, corn, and salsa in the slow cooker, then add cream cheese on top.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours or high for 1 hour.
  5. Stir in cheddar cheese and sour cream until melted; add jalapeños if desired.
  6. Garnish with green onions and serve with tortilla chips.
