- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened

- 2 jalapeños, diced (optional for heat)
- Chopped green onions for garnish
- Tortilla chips for serving
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat and drain excess grease.
- Mix in the taco seasoning with the cooked meat.
- Layer the beef mixture, black beans, corn, and salsa in the slow cooker, then add cream cheese on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours or high for 1 hour.
- Stir in cheddar cheese and sour cream until melted; add jalapeños if desired.
- Garnish with green onions and serve with tortilla chips.
