  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 packet chili seasoning mix
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and brown the ground beef or turkey, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  3. Add kidney beans, diced tomatoes, and chili seasoning; simmer for 5 minutes.
