- 1 cup of milk
- 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: sliced pickles and mustard for garnish
Instructions
- Prep the ingredients by peeling and dicing the potatoes and chopping the onion.
- Cook the ground beef with the onion until browned and drain excess fat.
- Boil diced potatoes until fork-tender and drain.
- Mix cream cheese, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Combine the beef mixture, potatoes, and cheesy sauce in a bowl.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and assemble the mixture in a greased baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
