- 4 large russet potatoes
- 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 4 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake the potatoes for 45-60 minutes until tender.
- Cook the steak in a skillet over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes on each side; let rest before slicing.
- Prepare toppings: shred cheese, chop green onions, and prepare sour cream.
- Cut slits in baked potatoes, fluff insides, and top with butter, steak, cheese, sour cream, and green onions.

- Feel free to add crispy bacon bits for extra crunch.
