Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake the potatoes for 45-60 minutes until tender.
  2. Cook the steak in a skillet over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes on each side; let rest before slicing.
  3. Prepare toppings: shred cheese, chop green onions, and prepare sour cream.
  4. Cut slits in baked potatoes, fluff insides, and top with butter, steak, cheese, sour cream, and green onions.
