Instructions

  1. Cook linguine in salted boiling water according to package instructions, then drain.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté garlic for 1 minute. Add shrimp, cooking until pink and opaque, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  3. Pour in heavy cream, stirring to heat through, then add Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce thickens.
  4. Add cooked linguine to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
