- 8 oz linguine pasta
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook linguine in salted boiling water according to package instructions, then drain.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté garlic for 1 minute. Add shrimp, cooking until pink and opaque, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Pour in heavy cream, stirring to heat through, then add Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce thickens.
- Add cooked linguine to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

- Adjust seasoning according to taste.
- Can substitute shrimp with other seafood if desired.
