- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

- 1 lemon, juiced and zested

- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook orzo in boiling salted water for 8-10 minutes, then drain.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté garlic for 30 seconds, then add shrimp and cook until pink.
- Mix cooked orzo, cherry tomatoes, lemon juice, and lemon zest with the shrimp in the skillet, then add feta cheese.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
